Get To Know Us

Thwalokuhle Development and Training Centre was established with a vision to transform lives through education, skills development, and empowerment. We are dedicated to addressing South Africa’s socio-economic challenges by equipping youth, women, and marginalized communities with practical, industry-relevant skills.

Our QCTO-approved facilities and multi-SETA accredited programs ensure that every learner receives hands-on training aligned with industry needs. From welding, electrical engineering, plumbing, and water process control to workplace readiness and mentorship, we produce graduates who are competent, employable, and entrepreneurial.

At Thwalokuhle, we pride ourselves on excellence, integrity, collaboration, and innovation. By partnering with government, industry, and community stakeholders, we continue to build pathways that reduce unemployment, foster entrepreneurship, and contribute to national development.
